Director Nominations

Eclipse Metals Ltd (ASX: EPM ) ( Eclipse Metals or the Company ) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, its Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 8 November 2023. Further details in respect of the Annual General Meeting will be provided in the Notice of Meeting to be dispatched to Shareholders.

An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election and appointment of directors. In accordance with clause 12.6 of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nomination from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director, is Friday, 15 September 2023.

Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office by no later than 5:00pm (WST) on Friday, 15 September 2023.
