Company Secretary Appointment

Eclipse Metals Ltd (ASX: EPM ) ( Eclipse Metals or the Company ) is pleased to advise that Mr Matthew Foy has been appointed company secretary of the Company. Mr Foy was previously a Senior Adviser at the ASX and has 14 years’ experience in facilitating the listing and compliance of companies on the ASX.

Following the appointment of Mr Foy as Company Secretary, the Company advises that Ms Eryn Kestel has resigned as Company Secretary of Eclipse.
