Resignation of Non-Executive Director

Mr Craig Hall has advised the Eclipse Metals Ltd ( Eclipse or the Company ) (ASX: EPM) Board of his decision to step down as Non-Executive Director, effective immediately.

The Chairman of Eclipse, Mr Rod Dale said “I sincerely thank Craig for his contribution during his time on the Board. Craig has been an invaluable member of the Board and we are grateful for his contribution during his time with the Company as director.”
