Resignation of a Non-Executive Director – Justin Barton

Eclipse Metals Ltd ( Eclipse or the Company ) (ASX: EPM) advises that Mr Justin Barton has resigned as a Non-Executive Director.

Mr Barton’s decision is for personal reasons only and upon notification to the Board of his intention to resign, Mr Barton confirmed that he will support the Company going forward.

Accordingly, Mr Barton will not stand for re-election at Eclipse’s Annual General Meeting on 27 November 2014.

The Chairman of Eclipse, Mr Carl Popal said “On Behalf of the Board, I sincerely thank Justin for his contribution during his time on the Board. Justin has been an invaluable member of the Board and we are grateful to Justin for his contribution during his time with the Company as director.”

The Company will continue to renew its Board membership in a structured and orderly manner but its focus at the moment is moving towards implementing its exploration program for 2014-15 of the Company’s vast Uranium portfolio of tenements in Australia.”
