Mr Shane Casley has advised the Board of Directors of Eclipse Metals Limited (the Company ) that he will be resigning as a Non-Executive Director effective immediately, due to his current work commitments.

Mr Casley was appointed to the Board on 6 July 2012 and the Company would like to thank Mr Casley for his valuable contribution to the Company and wish him well for the future.
