Board Appointment
Eclipse Metals Ltd announces the appointment of Daryl Smith as Non-Executive Director; effective immediately.
Mr Smith has experience in the mineral exploration sector, telecommunications and electronics sector.
During his career in the mineral exploration industry he has served on a number of private and public gold base metals exploration companies gaining extensive knowledge and experience in the structuring and financing of mining and exploration projects.
Mr Smith will be a welcome addition to the Eclipse Board
