Appointment and Resignation of Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary

The Board of Eclipse Metals Limited (“EPM” or “the Company”) welcomes the appointments of Mr Rodney Dale as Non-Executive Director and Mr Keith Bowker as Company Secretary, effective immediately.

Mr Dale is a graduate of the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology with a Fellowship Diploma in Geology (FRMIT) and is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (FAusIMM).

Mr Dale’s experience spans over 50 years, working in many parts of Australia, Indonesia and Africa on gold, base metal and industrial mineral exploration and mining.

Since 1970, Mr Dale has been an independent geological consultant with two periods as a director of ASX listed companies. More recently, he has been involved with assessment of iron ore projects in Australia, South America, India, China and Africa.

Coinciding with Mr Dale’s appointment, Mr Peter Landau has decided to immediately step down from the board as Non-Executive Director. The Board would like to thank Mr Landau for his contribution to the Company.

In addition, Mr Bowker replaces Ms Jane Flegg as Company Secretary.
