Appointment and Resignation of Non-Executive Director

The Board of Eclipse Metals Limited ( “EP M ” or “the Co mpany ”) welcomes the appointment of Mr Justin Barton as Non-Executive Director following the resignation of Mr David Sanders, effective immediately.

Mr Barton is a Chartered Accountant with over 16 years ’ experience in accounting, international finance and mining. During his time, Mr Barton has held various senior executive positions and has worked in Australia, Europe, Africa and USA. He has worked with many leading international mining companies in gold, uranium and base metals. Mr Barton worked for 3 years at Paladin Energy Limited with uranium projects in Australia, Africa and Canada. He has also worked at PriceWaterhouse Coopers, Ernst & Young and Pitcher Partners.

The Board would like to thank Mr Sanders for his significant contribution over the term of his directorship with the Company.
