NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT

The directors of Eclipse Uranium Ltd (“Eclipse” or “the Company”) are pleased to announce the immediate appointment of Mr David Sanders as a Non-Executive Director.

Mr Sanders is a principal of the newly establish boutique law firm Bennett and Co Corporate and Commercial Law. He has over fifteen (15) years of extensive experience in corporate and resources law and holds a Bachelor of Jurisprudence, Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from the University of Western Australia and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investments from the Securities Institute of Australia.

Mr Sanders advises numerous ASX listed companies, including companies in the resources sector, on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules compliance and corporate governance.

The Company is thrilled to have a Non-Executive Director of Mr Sanders calibre and with his impressive skill set and knowledge base he will be a valuable contributor to the Company’s decision making progress. Mr Sanders input will also be invaluable on all matters corporate as this is his speciality field.
