Eclipse Metals Ltd (ASX: EPM ) ( Eclipse Metals or the Company ) advises that its 2024 Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held on Tuesday, 12 November 2024. Further meeting details will be provided to shareholders in a separate Notice of Annual General Meeting ( Notice ) to be released in due course.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Company advises that the closing date for director nominations for consideration at the AGM is Friday, 4 October 2024.
