As informed vide our letter number eClerx/SECD/SE/2020/105 dated December 31, 2020, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company was closed from January 1, 2021 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results on January 28, 2021.

Further, the earnings call for the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter/period ended December 31, 2020 will be held on the next day of the Board meeting i.e. Friday, January 29, 2021 from 6.00 pm to 7.00 pm and the earnings call details as attached herewith, will also be available on the Company’s website www.eclerx.com.
