This is to inform you that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, August 13, 2021 inter-alia:

- to approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results {Consolidated and Standalone) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2021.

- to consider and approve, the proposal for buy back of its fully paid up equity shares of the Company and other related matters.
As informed vide our letter number eCierx/SECD/SE/2021/037 dated June 30, 2021, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company was closed from July 1, 2021 and the shall remain closed till48 hours after the announcement of the outcome of the meeting and dissemination of the financial results on August 13, 2021.
Further, the earnings call for the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2021 will be held on the same day and the earnings call details as attached herewith, will also be available on the Company's website www.eclerx.com.
