This is to inform you that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 , inter-alia, to approve and take on record Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021.
As informed vide our letter number eClerx/SECD/SE/2021/072 dated September 28, 2021, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company was closed from October 1, 2021, and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results on November 2, 2021.
Further, the earnings call for the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021 will be held on the next day of the Board meeting i.e. Wednesday, November 3, 2021 from 4.00 pm to 5.00 pm and the earnings call details as attached herewith, will also be available on the Company’s website www.eclerx.com.
