Dividend Update

Eckoh, a global provider of secure payment products and customer service solutions, today confirms that further to the announcement made on 10 June 2014, the Board proposes that the dividend of 0.3125 pence per share to be proposed at the August AGM will be payable on 19 September 2014 to shareholders on the register at 22nd August 2014. The ex-dividend date is 20th August 2014.
