Eckoh has received notification that, on 22 November 2018, Nik Philpot, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 37.5p per Ordinary Share. The newly purchased shares will be held by the Self Invested Pension (SIPP) of Nik Philpot.

As a result of his share purchase, Nik now holds a total of 6,976,285 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.76 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
