Der Aufsichtsrat der am Neuen Markt notierten Eckert & Ziegler AG, Berlin, hat am Dienstag auf Vorschlag des Vorstandes eine Kapitalerhöhung in Höhe von bis zu 300.000 Stückaktien zur Akquisition von einem oder mehreren Unternehmen in den Geschäftsfeldern der Eckert & Ziegler AG genehmigt. Der Spezialist für radioaktive Komponenten für industrielle und medizinische Anwendungen (Herz- und Krebsheilmittel) will damit weltweit seine strategische Position ausbauen und das starke Umsatzwachstum, das im vergangenen Geschäftsjahr über 400% erreichte, weiter absichern. Zudem soll sich die Liquidität der Aktie verbessern. Die entsprechende Genehmigung der Hauptversammlung für die Kapitalerhöhung liegt bereits vor.
