Eckert & Ziegler to Recommend Dividend Payment

Berlin, 25.03.2009. The Executive Board and the Supervisory Board of Eckert
& Ziegler (ISIN DE0005659700) have decided on yesterday's Supervisory Board
meeting to recommend a dividend payment of 0.30 EUR per share (previous
year: 0.25 EUR per share) to the shareholder meeting on 13 May 2009. With
about 3.7 mm shares participating (including 0.6 mm new shares resulting
from the private placement in February, but excluding 0.1 mm treasury
shares), the dividend amounts to about a quarter of the 2008 group profit
of 4.5 mm EUR. Further details will be published at the annual press
conference on 27 March 2009 in Berlin.
