Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by ECIT AS on 12 May 2021 regarding completion of the private placement of 91 250 000 new and existing Class B shares with a total transaction size of NOK 730 million.
The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of 50 000 000 new Class B shares in the private placement has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises:
Share capital: NOK 442 361 753
Number of Class B shares: 336 084 402
Par value of each Class B share: NOK 1 (unaltered)
The Class B shares are expected to commence trading on Euronext Growth on or around 20 May 2021.
