ECIT AS (the "Company") was notified on 18 June 2021 that Arctic Securities (on behalf of the managers of the private placement carried out in May 2021) has exercised its greenshoe option for a total of 643,481 new shares. The new shares will be issued at a subscription price of NOK 8.00 per share, equal to the subscription price in the private placement carried out in advance of the listing on Euronext Growth Oslo.

As a result, the board of directors of the Company has today resolved to increase the Company's share capital by NOK 643,481 through the issuance of 643,481 new Class B shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1. Following the share capital increase, the Company will have the following share capital:

Total share capital: NOK 443,005,234

Number of Class B shares: 336,727,883 Class B shares

Par value of each Class B share NOK 1 (unaltered).
