Kjederegnskap og Rådgivning AS becomes part of ECIT

ECIT AS hereby announce that Kjederegnskap og Rådgivning AS has become a part of ECIT.

• The acquisition strengthens ECIT's presence within F&A in western Norway. We are pleased to welcome customers and employees of Kjederegnskap og Rådgivning AS to ECIT, says Peter Lauring, CEO in ECIT.

ECIT is acquiring 56 % of the shares in Kjederegnskap og Rådgivning AS, with an option to acquire all remaining shares in the company.
