On 14th December 2021 Y-Not ApS, a company closely associated to PDMR Klaus Jensen, purchased 25,000 shares in ECIT AS at a price NOK 7.57440 per share. After the transaction Klaus Jensen’s total number of shares, including the shares owned by persons closely associated to him, is 14,890,253 shares.

On 14th December 2021 Molund Invest AS, a company closely associated to PDMR Lise Molund, purchased 6,500 shares in ECIT AS at a price NOK 7.70000 per share. After the transaction Lise Molund’s total number of shares, including the shares owned by persons closely associated to her, is 124,000 shares.

On 14th December 2021 Lundberg Holding AS, a company closely associated to PDMR Tove Christine Lundberg Larsen, purchased 7,000 shares in ECIT AS at a price NOK 7.78000 per share. After the transaction Tove Christine Lundberg Larsen’s total number of shares, including the shares owned by persons closely associated to her, is 509,226 shares.

On 15th December 2021 Yttreeide AS, a company closely associated to PDMR Morten Yttreeide, purchased 100,000 shares in ECIT AS at a price NOK 1.50000 per share. After the transaction Morten Yttreeide’s total number of shares, including the shares owned by persons closely associated to him, is 350,000 shares. The shares are purchased under the Share Incentive Scheme (based on the Norwegian “Kruse Smith model”) as described in company announcement no. 24. Shares purchased under the Share Incentive Scheme has lock-up and other sales restrictions applied.
