ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

PLACEMENT

Sentosa Mining Ltd (ASX: SEO) is pleased to advise that it is in the process of placing up to approximately 22.2 million Shares at 4.5 cents per share to raise approximately $1 million before costs. In addition, for every two shares subscribed for, one free attaching option exercisable at 15 cents on or before 30 November 2016 will be issued. The Directors may accept additional subscriptions at their discretion.

The Placement will be completed in two tranches. Tranche one will not be subject to shareholder approval as it falls within in the Company’s placement capacity under Listing Rule 7.1 and 7.1A (“ Tranche 1 ”). The Options to be issued in respect of these Tranche 1 new shares will be subject to shareholder approval. The second tranche is subject to shareholder approval (“ Tranche 2 ”) at a meeting to be held in late October 2013. A notice of meeting will be sent to shareholders in due course.

It is the intention of the Company to also undertake a non-renounceable pro rata entitlements issue of Options on the same terms as the Placement free attaching options. (“ Entitlement Offer ”). The Entitlement Offer will be undertaken on the basis of 1 new Option for every 2 shares held at a price of 0.5 cents per Option to raise up to $130,000. Participants in the Placement are will be able to participate in the Entitlement Issue.

The Directors intend to participate in the Tranche 2 Placement subject to Shareholder approval.

Funds raised from the Placement will be primarily used to progress exploration at Sentosa’s Darvii Naruu Mongolian Project, for the Company’s existing projects and for working capital. Sentosa intends to drill approximately 2,000 to 3,000 metres of RC drilling at its Darvii Naruu Mongolian Project prior to the end of November.
