ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

Information required under LR 7.1A.4 (B)

Sentosa Mining Ltd (ASX: SEO) advises the following Listing Rule 7.1A.4 (B) requirements in relation to the placement announced on 4 October 2013.

• a) The Company issued a total of xx shares of which 3,287,500 shares under ASX Listing rule 7.1A which resulted in the following dilution to existing shareholders.

• c) The Company confirms there was no underwriter in respect of the Placement.

• d) The Company paid a placement fee of 6% of funds raised pursuant to the Placement.
