BoardMemberandtheCompany’slargestshareholder,MrAntanas(Tony)Guoga
has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company.

TonyhasbeenavaluedmemberoftheHoustonWeHaveteamsincemid-2019and
hasmadeasignificantcontributionduringthistimeincludingproviding
considerablefundingsupporttotheCompanyandextendingintroductionsto
network.

Tonyisanentrepreneur,philanthropistandthefounderoftheBlockchain
CentreinVilnius,Lithuania.TonywasapoliticianandMemberoftheEuropean
ParliamentforLithuania(2014-2019)includingbeingamemberoftheEuropean
People’sPartyGroupandaCommitteeMemberonWomen'sRightsandGender
Equality among other roles.

SomeofTony’sotherroleshaveincludedbeingtheinvestmentadvisorto
MayorofVilnius,theVicePresidentoftheLithuanianRowingFederation
theLithuanianBasketballFederation,andOlympicAttachéfortheLithuanian
