RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - ANTANAS GUOGA
Sydney, Australia: Prescriptive AI Company, Houston We Have Limited (“Houston We Have”, the “Company”) (ASX: HWH) , announces that Non-Executive Director, Mr Antanas Guoga, has tendered his resignation as a Director of the Company.
Mr Guoga has resigned to further his political career in Lithuania, and is standing for election to the Lithuanian Parliament in the upcoming election.
Executive Chairman, Andrew Grover, commented: “I thank Tony for his valuable contribution to Houston We Have with his insights and introductions into the European technology sector, and wish him success in the upcoming Lithuanian parliamentary election.”
