Appointment of Non-Executive Director and Form 3X
Veriluma Limited (ASX: VRI, Veriluma or Company), one of Australia’s leading Artificial Intelligence companies providing prescriptive analytics software solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Steven Formica as a Non-Executive Director.
Mr Formica brings to the Company practical management and business development experience. He has been a successful businessman and operations manager for over 30 years in a number of privately held business ventures including manufacturing, construction, landscape contracting, property development and integrated wholesale and retail businesses.
More recently he has been a successful investor and Non-Executive Director in mineral resource companies. Mr Formica is currently a Non-Executive Director of ASX listed companies High Grade Metals Ltd (ASX:HGM), Bowen Coking Coal Ltd (ASX:BCB), and Lindian Resources Ltd (ASX: LIN).
