APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

Sentosa Mining Limited (the ‘Company’) is pleased to advise that Mr Nigel Gellard has been appointment as Non-executive Chairman of the Company effective immediately. Mr Gellard has been a Non-executive Director of the Company since March 2011.

Mr Gellard has over 20 years experience in the resources, agricultural and financial services sectors. He was previously London-based commercial advisor to the Director of Exploration for Rio Tinto Plc. He posses high level experience, advising Rio Tinto Plc on commercial matters regarding the groups activities in Europe, South America and Africa with oversight of the exploration groups risk management function. Mr. Gellard was also a stockbroker with Patersons Securities and he was co-founder of a boutique funds management firm. Mr. Gellard is the founder and current Director of Strata Minerals Inc, a Canadian TSX-V listed company engaged in the discovery of phosphate rock resources. Mr. Gellard has a long standing association with the Australian agricultural and primary industries sectors and has previously served on the board of the Rottnest Island Conservation Foundation.
