AGM NOTICE 2022
Sydney: AI and Medical Technology company Echo IQ (the Company) (ASX:EIQ) is pleased to announce its 2022 Annual General meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday 28 November 2022.
In accordance with ASX listing rule 3.13.1, EIQ advises that the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director of the Company is 5:00pm WST on Monday 17 October 2022. Valid nominations must be received in writing at EIQ’s registered office by no later than this date.
A notice of meeting for the Annual General Meeting is being prepared by the Company and will be announced to the ASX and provided to Shareholders in October 2022.
