DATE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Sydney, Australia: Prescriptive AI Company, Houston We Have Limited (“Houston We Have”, the “Company”) (ASX: HWH) gives notice that its 2020 annual general meeting (“AGM”) will be held on Friday, 27 November 2020.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Company advises that the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director of the Company is 5pm AWST on Friday, 16 October 2020. Any valid nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office by no later than that date.
The Company’s Notice of Meeting and Proxy Form for the 2020 AGM will be announced to the ASX and communicated to shareholders in the coming weeks.
