AGM Resolutions Withdrawn

The Company (ASX PML) wishes to advise that Resolutions 4, 5, 6 and 7 will be withdrawn from the items of business to be discussed at the forthcoming AGM. It is in the interests of both shareholders and management that these items of business be deferred for consideration by shareholders until such time as one of the potential transactions as disclosed in our last Quarterly Activity Report are put to shareholders to vote on.
