Exercise of a call option relating to an indirectacquisition of a stake of shares in Archicom S.A.

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. ("Issuer")informs that on 18 April 2023, acting on a basis of an option agreementdated 22 April 2021, which the Issuer announced in current reports no.4/2021 dated 18 February 2021, no. 13/2021 dated 22 April 2021 and no.7/2023 dated 10 March 2023, the Issuer exercised its right to acquireand acquired from Ms. Dorota Jarodzka-Śródka and Mr. Rafał Jarodzki allthe shares in the share capital of DKRA sp. z o.o. with its registeredseat in Wrocław ("DKRA Shares"), which holds 2,132,964shares in the share capital of Archicom S.A. with its registered seat inWrocław ("Archicom"), representing in aggregate 8,31%of Archicom's share capital and carrying 4,246,578 votes at Archicom'sgeneral meeting, representing in aggregate approx. 13.32% of the totalnumber of votes in Archicom. The total amount invested by the Issuer inthe acquisition of DKRA Shares amounted to PLN 60,702,260.

Legal grounds: Art. 17(1) of Regulation (EU) No596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse(market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of theEuropean Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC - inside information.
