Saleof shares in Echo Polska Properties N.V.

In relation to currentreport No. 17/2017, the management board of Echo Investment S.A. (the"Issuer") hereby announces that on 11 June 2018, its subsidiary, EchoPrime Assets B.V. (the "Company"), received information on an offerregarding a sale of 10.000.000 shares (the "Shares") in Echo PolskaProperties N.V. ("EPP"), with the contemplated settlement of the sale ofthe Shares (including the receipt of the price for the Shares) scheduledto take place no later than on 13 June 2018, and confirmed the terms ofthe sale of the Shares. The price of the Shares, less the transactioncosts, amounts to EUR 11,504,000.

In relation to thesale of the Shares, all of the other 22,574,354 shares in EPP held bythe Company will be classified by the Issuer in its financial statementsas assets held for sale.
