Saleof shares in EPP N.V.

Inrelation to current report No. 17/2017, the management board of EchoInvestment S.A. (the "Issuer") hereby announces that on 14 June 2018,its subsidiary, Echo Prime Assets B.V. (the "Company"), receivedinformation on an offer regarding a sale of 7,309,454 shares (the"Shares") in EPP N.V. ("EPP"), with the contemplated settlement of thesale of the Shares (including the receipt of the price for the Shares)scheduled to take place no later than on 18 June 2018, and confirmed theterms of the sale of the Shares. The price of the Shares, less thetransaction costs, amounts to EUR 8,408,000.

Inrelation to the sale of the Shares, all of the other 15,264,900 sharesin EPP held by the Company will be classified by the Issuer in itsfinancial statements as assets held for sale.
