Monthly information onapartments sales and hand overs

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. hereby reports monthlyinformation on number of apartments sold and handed over by EchoInvestment Group.

Preliminary sales contracts concluded

- 128 contracts concluded in September 2019, compared to 64 contractsconcluded in September 2018;

- 295 contracts concluded in Q3 2019, compared to 163 contractsconcluded in Q3 2018;

- 937 contracts concluded in 2019 so far, compared to 716 contractsconcluded in corresponding period of 2018.

Number of units handed over to clients

- 361 apartments handed over in September 2019, compared to 51apartments handed over in September 2018;

- 515 apartments handed over in Q3 2019, compared to 228 apartmentshanded over in Q3 2018;

- 592 apartments handed over in 2019 so far, compared to 405 apartmentshanded over in corresponding period of 2018.
