Monthly information onapartments sales and hand overs

The Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. hereby reports monthlyinformation on number of apartments sold and handed over by EchoInvestment Group.Number of units handed over to clients

- 50 apartments handed over in September 2018, compared to 102apartments handed over in September 2017;

- 396 apartments handed over cumulatively since the beginning of 2018,compared to 447 apartments handed over in corresponding period of 2017.

Preliminary sales contracts concluded

- 61 contracts concluded in September 2018, compared to 140 contracts inSeptember 2017;

- 718 contracts concluded since the beginning of 2018 cumulatively,compared to 896 contracts concluded in corresponding period of 2017.
