The Management Board of EchoInvestment S.A. (the Issuer) hereby reports that today the Issuerreceived the statement from Mr. Marcin Materny from acting as the Memberof the Management Board on the resignation from membership in theIssuer's Management Board with effect on April 22, 2021.
