James Coyle has been appointed as a non-executive director of Ecclesiastical Insurance Office plc with immediate effect. James Coyle will also be appointed as the Audit Committee Chair subject to regulatory approval. 

Pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules, James Coyle is currently an independent non-executive director of Pollen Street Group Limited.
