COMPLETION OF ACQUISITION OF DENTAL CHAIN

Reference is made to the announcement of Union Medical Healthcare Limited (the “ Company ”) dated 14 December 2017 (the “ Announcement” ) in relation to a sale and purchase agreement in respect of the acquisition of the majority stake of two limited companies incorporated in Hong Kong (the “ Acquisition ”). Unless otherwise defined therein, capitalized terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Board is pleased to announce that as the relevant conditions precedent of the sale and purchase agreement have been fulfilled, and the completion took place on 27 December 2017.

Following the completion, the Dental Chain becomes subsidiaries of the Company and their financial results will be consolidated into those of the Company.
