NOTIFICATION OF ALLOTMENT OF SECURITIES

For the purposes of NZX Main Board Listing Rule 7.12.1, EBOS Group Limited (NZX: EBO) advises the following securities have been issued and allotted on 22 September 2017.

• d Payment terms Payable in cash e Amount paid up Fully paid ordinary shares f Principal terms The shares were allotted pursuant to an executive long term incentive plan. While the shares are issued and held in the executive's name the shares will not vest unless and until performance conditions are met. The performance conditions will be tested after the end of the performance period, being 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2020. The executive cannot deal in the shares unless and until those shares vest.
