NOTIFICATION OF ALLOTMENT OF SECURITIES

For the purposes of NZX Main Board Listing Rule 7.12.1, EBOS Group Limited (NZX: EBO) advises the following securities have been issued and allotted on 27 September 2016.

The shares were allotted pursuant to a loan funded executive long term incentive plan. While the shares are issued and held in the executive's name the shares will not vest unless and until performance conditions are met. The performance conditions will be tested after the end of the performance period, being 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2019. The executive cannot deal in the shares unless and until those shares vest.
