EBOS announces completion of Terry White Group acquisition

EBOS Group Limited (EBOS) is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of the minority shares in Terry White Group Limited (TWG).

The transaction, which was first announced on 19 October 2018, results in TWG becoming a whollyowned subsidiary of EBOS.
