EBOS Group Limited (EBOS) today announces that the following performance rights have lapsed due to an employee resignation:

• 2,273 performance rights issued on 26 August 2020; and

• 1,792 performance rights issued on 9 July 2021.

EBOS now has 773,184 performance rights on issue.
