Performance Rights Update

EBOS Group Limited (EBOS) today announces that the 309,241 performance rights issued in respect of the performance period 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2024 have vested and been settled as follows:

• in respect of 192,264 performance rights, the issue of 192,264 ordinary shares; and

• in respect of 116,977 performance rights, a cash payment to certain participants.

EBOS now has 1,221,089 performance rights on issue.
