Performance Rights Update

EBOS Group Limited (EBOS) today announces that the 261,552 performance rights issued in respect of the performance period 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2023 have vested and been settled as follows:

• in respect of 185,548 performance rights, the issue of 185,548 ordinary shares; and

• in respect of 76,004 performance rights, a cash payment to certain participants.

EBOS now has 655,150 performance rights on issue.
