Performance Rights Update

EBOS Group Limited (EBOS) today announces that the 161,786 performance rights issued in respect of the performance period 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2022 have vested and been settled as follows:

• in respect of 46,312 performance rights, the issue of 46,312 ordinary shares;

• in respect of 115,474 performance rights, a cash payment to participants.

EBOS now has 910,821 performance rights on issue.
