Message :

NZ RegCo advises that, at the request of the company, it has placed a trading halt on Ebos Group Limited’s ordinary shares (“EBO”). The trading halt was placed at pre-market open today.

The trading halt has been put in place while EBO undertakes the placement component of a capital raise for the issue of additional ordinary shares.

The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of an announcement regarding the completion of the placement, or market open on Friday, 10 December 2021.
