NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that, at the request of the company, it has placed a trading halt on EBOS Group Limited (“EBO”) ordinary shares. The trading halt was placed pre market open on Tuesday, 30 April 2019.

The halt will remain in place until the earlier of:

• An announcement by EBO about the outcome of a proposed capital raising; or

• Market open on Wednesday, 1 May 2019.
