RESIGNATION OF MR BARRY WALLACE

Mr Barry Wallace, non-executive director, has informed the Company of his resignation from the Board.

Mr Wallace has been a director of the Company for over 15 years and during his tenure has provided valuable financial oversight as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee. Mr Wallace was also a member of the Company’s Remuneration Committee.

Mark Waller, Chairman of EBOS, praised Mr Wallace for his contribution to the Group during a period of significant growth. On behalf of the Board and the Company Mr Waller congratulated Barry on his contribution and extended his sincere thanks for his commitment to the Company.
