ANNUAL MEETING AND DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

EBOS Group Limited advises that its Annual Meeting will be held at the ‘Great Hall’ function room, Chateau On The Park, corner Deans Avenue & Kilmarnock Street, Christchurch on Tuesday, 27 October 2015, commencing at 2:00pm.

The period for nomination of persons as directors of EBOS opens today and closes at 5pm (NZ time) on 15 September 2015. Nominations may only be made by a security holder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting.
