ANNUAL MEETING AND DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

EBOS Group Limited advises that its Annual Meeting will be held at Addington Raceway & Events Centre, 75 Jack Hinton Drive, Addington, Christchurch on Tuesday, 13 October 2020, commencing at 2:00pm.

The period for nomination of persons as directors of EBOS opens today and closes at 5pm (NZ time) on 14 August 2020. Nominations may only be made by a security holder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting.
